Salt breathing method is based on traditional salt room treatment. Thanks to research and technical development of the treatment method, a new personal salt breathing device for homes and small treatment center has been developed. Salt breathing has been proven to be helpful patients in different kinds of respiratory illnesses.
Treatment is given with a patented method, -salt generator in which dry salt grains (NaCl) rub against each other in a air flow then creating a very fine salt dust. The salt dust which is negatively charged will travel with the breathing to farthest parts of lungs thus creating a cleansing reaction.
Salt breathing will lessen the symptoms of respiratory illnesses by reducing the swelling of mucosa, relieving difficulty of breathing e.g. with asthma. Very fine salt dust will also destroy bacteria which causes respiratory infections. Due to the treatment also mucus breaks away easier. Patients are normally more relaxed, it is easier to get sleep and the sleep itself is deeper.
The best results are achieved in series of 10 to 30 treatments. You may take 1 to 3 treatments per day. Frequent treatments prohibit the strengthening of the infection between series of treatments. One treatment lasts from 15 to 60 minutes depending of the age and the severity of the illness. With small children the treatment time starts from 10 minutes on and the time is increased along the treatment times. In the evenings the treatment can be done in the child’s bedroom, when some very fine negatively charged salt particles will stay in the air, which make the child’s breathing lighter.
